Overcoming a loved one’s death

MEXCICO CITY, June 17 in 2003- A ceaseless ringing of phone calls woke Demian Mohar up in the small hours of the morning. When he answered the phone, he could not believe what he had just heard. He was devastated.

“Your cousin, Fernando Sanchez Mohar just passed away, he got into an incident. I express my condolences to you.” This voice was stuck in his head. Fernando was his best friend, they grew up together, went to the same school, shared the same friends. They were also cousins. A few months before that accident happened, he had proposed to his girlfriend to be his wife, so his fiancé and he were preparing for the happiest day of their lives.
