Shabbat hour starts at 4:30 -5:00 on Friday and it lasts until 3:30 on the next day. Like the above article mentioned, during Shabbat hours, most public transportations and restaurants are closed, so you should buy some snacks or find un-closed restaurants beforehand. It is the most common mistake that tourists make.
