Technology-Rich Environment
Students of the 21st century require 21st century tools and teaching techniques. At BoldWin
International School Baakline, we make use of technological, audio-visual and experiential
teaching tools to help students not only understand material better but also know how to relate to
it in daily life. We understand that memory works better with teaching that stimulates the senses
and we employ the most advanced teaching aids to the benefit of the students.
For example, a sophisticated computer lab has been implemented. The computer lab is connected
to a “safe” internet and students are asked to do and submit their home works online as well
as using the lab for various researches. Classrooms are equipped with overhead projectors, so
teachers can bring an audio-visual material and use it in classroom. We are working on a deal
where by every student will have a laptop.
