5. REST. Take an uninterrupted nap. Oh my favorite!
6. ASSIST. Ask for help when you need it and offer it up as well. Be mindful of scam artists taking advantage of your disadvantage.
7. EAT. Eat small meals throughout the day instead of all at once. Yes, you may need to cook it before it goes bad but take the opportunity to break bread with family and friends. If a loved one does have power, share what needs to be cooked with them and ask them to store your excess.
8. WALK. Walk daily in your Spirit. Walk daily in your Mind. Walk daily in your Body.
