7 THINGS YOU CAN DO
TO IMPORVE YOUR FINANCES
Winfred Burns
Are you ready to transform your money? Are you ready to see your bank balances grow? Are you concerned about your retirement plan? Here are 7 Things You Can Do To Improve
Finances.
4. CREATE PARTNERSHIPS
1. USE ALL THE TOOLS IN YOUR
TOOLBOX.
You may not have time to run a small business, full time but you
can take over the payroll for a small business owner in return for a
percentage of the company or a monthly salary.
Many of us have been given gifts that we never use. We believe we
are only good at what our employer pays us to do while our other
tools (gifts) never get used. So you are an accountant but you also
sit home and watch all the decorating shows because you love decorating. Start a business around decorating. Maybe you start a blog
called the “Frugal Decorator” and teach people how to turn theiruse
into a dream home, and they can hire you too. Use all of your tools.
5. FOCUS
How often you go over your accounts is often a reflection of how well
you are doing. Most who do well do so because they are very careful
and know where every penny is going. Take an hour a week to look
at your statements, your credit report and investment accounts.
2. QUIT YOUR JOB
5. BYE FEES
Your employer has passed you over for the last three promotions and
skipped you when it came to raises. It’s time to go somewhere that
values your efforts. If you are working smart and going above and
beyond yet still see no compensation, it is time to look for something
else. Many refuse to leave due to a sense of loyalty yet this loyalty is
not reciprocated at compensation time.

3. REDUCE EXPENSES
TO THE BARE MINIMUM.
Praise will give each person a sense of accomplishment and drive
them to be better. When someone does something wrong, offer
constructive criticism and do it privately. Suggest solutions on how
they can improve. Take the time to answer any questions. They will
be more willing to accept your input if they know your intention is
to help and not to harm them.
