Every week across the region , Mum ’ s , Dad ’ s , Grandparents , Carers and little ones attend Story Time at all eleven Toowoomba Region Libraries . Story Time is simply magical and a special time for experiencing the joy of reading , spending time together and exploring our wonderful libraries .
