Exercise in adolescents
The choice of a physical activity guide, should take into account several aspects:
-Firstly, the preferences of the adolescent.
-Sport chosen should not assume sacrifices and sufferings.
-Physical exercise must promote the integral development of the young.

Sports most practiced by teenagers
-Athletics: it involves a fairly complete physical exercise, because race, jump and releases together. His home is usually indicated from 10 years of age.
-Handball and basketball: highly recommended and very entertaining sport usually start as a game of 7-8 years of age. When you want to reach a higher level, is a more regular training from the age of 12.

-Football: it should be taken as a game always before age 11. Children's competitions from the 12, with a short duration of party, according to their age, a field of smaller dimensions and a special balloon can be made. From the 15 years it could compete in a more real way.
-Swimming: a strong and intense training should not be performed until the child is not fully developed body.
