It is important this evening that
we get a positive performance
and result. That is our main focus,
in fact that is our only focus. We
were very disappointed not
to have been able to make it
three wins on the bounce up in
Galway. The first half was a
very tight affair, with very little between both teams,
when we were very unfortunate to concede a freak goal
from a free kick. Again the second half saw us concede
against the run of play on the 65th minute mark, after
that we went chasing the game in an effort to salvage
even a point, and in truth that left us very open at the
back, and had it not been for the
brilliance of Kevin Burns we could
have been hit by a lot more in the
final 20 minutes.
Down in Cork last Monday then in
the EA Sports Cup we fielded a
very young side, and they were
very disciplined and gave a good
account of themselves against a

side. Although it is never pleasing to
lose games it is important that we
acknowledge some very promising
performances by the entire squad.

will take the brunt of it. Shels will start as favourites but
I do think they wil
