How does a badass entertainer who has a show
and a great club balance his career and his
family life? Your ponder is just as deep as ours
but, of course we asked him and he smugly said
the question should be redirected at the person
who could properly answer them – his wife,
who has his report card and all the answers. He
admitted that marriage has been good to him
as people now take him more seriously. He also
said his wife Gwen plays a major role in his
career
In his words, “My wife plays the biggest role in
this job. What we do makes people happy and
you can’t do that if you are not happy yourself.
That job (Happiness) falls to her and she does it
well. She is also my stylist and image consultant.

Apart from his looks, Dj TTB has a great fashion
sense but he gives all the credits, again, to his
wife who is his stylist and image consultant (this
is her profession in case you need one). He said,
“She just makes sure I leave the house looking
the right way for the event.” He describes
his style as simple and classic; and no, he is
not a label person. DJ TTB patronises a lot of
indigenous designers and Vodi and Austitch
are among his favorites. But he can never wear
necklaces, never goes out without shades and
can spend a lot of coins on colognes
DJ TTB is proof that passion wins everytime and
anytime but he admits that he did not climb this
far by himself. He expressed clear and heartfelt
gratitude to his wife and Play Network’s Charles
Okpaleke among others for their continuous
motivation and inspiration

On Crowd Handling
When it comes to entertainment and
performances, crowd connection and
handling is key. In fact, it is the trickiest
part of DJ-ing especially when it is a mixed
crowd but DJ TTB has effectively mastered
this part of the gig. When asked how he does
this, he said, “I observe my audience and
appeal to everybody one by one regardless
of their age or background, I blend the
genres in definitive styles that will leave a
‘WOW’ feeling on them. That way, they can
”never stop jumping
