Key Lime Cove

Join us as we travel to Key Lime Cove Indoor Waterpark in Gurnee. Key Lime Cove is one of Illinois’ best biggest and best indoor water parks. Enjoy the hurricane vortex, tsunami wavepool, wahoo & screaming banshee slides, two giant body slides and lazy river. Bring a sack lunch and a drink or money to purchase food at the concession stand. Meet new friends in this cooperative program with Addison Park District. Bring your swim suit, towel, goggles and change of clothes. Please arrive at Centennial Park, 1776 W. Centennial Place by 8:45 a. m. Bus leaves promptly at 9 a. m.

Magic Waters

Ride the SplashBlaster water coaster, experience Tsunami Bay wave pool, and float on The Splash Magic River with your friends at Magic Waters Water Park near Rockford. Lockers and tube rentals are available for a small fee. Registration fee includes admission, transportation and supervision. Bring money for tube / locker rentals and lunch. Registration deadline is July 24. Meet at Centennial Park, 1776 W. Centennial Place in Addison.

Rainbow Falls

Raging Waves

Join teens from Addison and Bloomingdale as they visit Raging Waves Waterpark in Yorkville for the day! From tube rides to a lazy river to a wave pool and more, this is a day you don’ t want to miss! Lights, Camera, Action

Spider-Man is back and you decide what his next adventures will be! As the writers, directors and producers of your own movie, participants work in teams to create their own story and script. Bring your Spider-Man figures as characters and film your movie using special, movie-making cameras and software. Class uses graphic editing techniques and stop-motion animation, and adds background noise and music. All students receive a copy of their movie after class is complete.

Pediatric First Aid & CPR / AED

The American Heart Association HeartSaver Pediatric First Aid and CPR / AED Course is designed to teach babysitters how to handle emergencies with confidence. The class teaches participants to respond and manage illness and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. The course covers the steps of pediatric first aid, child / infant CPR / AED, adult CPR / AED, and choking. Make yourself standout as one of the best babysitters around with the skills learned in this class.
