Surviving On A Server
Most of us who have played on servers sometimes experience lag. Some servers, more so than others. Here, we're going to share with you...10 tips for surviving on a server.
Tip #1
When pillaring up in the sky to get away from mobs or when you're building, consider using two blocks instead of one. Occasionally when you build on a server and pillar up, you might notice that the lag tries to throw you off. By using two blocks side by side, instead of one block, you can prevent yourself from being thrown off
Tip #2
Before you even decide what to build, find a spot and go mining. In fact, we recommend that you save up at least 10 Double Chest full of Cobblestone before you even start building. This will provide you with enough material(s) to get started. No doubt, when you're mining, you'll get some Diamonds and Iron during that session.
Tip #3
Go straight for Diamond Tools and Weapons. Save your Iron. At least for now. Here is why you'll want to do that...Iron Blocks are needed for Beacons. When you finally get a Beacon or purchase one, you'll need about 2 and a half stacks of Iron Blocks to even use that Beacon. We all know how rare Gold is in the 1.8 maps, so Iron is your next bet.
