Warmer weather is just
around the corner, and
with it will come blankets
of tender green foliage and
bursts of colorful blooms.
Nature’s transformation
from winter’s bare
branches and dreary
landscapes to spring’s
vibrant displays is a
welcome sight for most.
While the annual change
in scenery is generally
evident across the region,
it is magnified at various
venues dedicated to
gardens and outdoor
adventures. Some of
those sites are in Elmore
County; others are a little
farther afield.
There is a broad range
of offerings suitable for
day trips to view spring
gardens within easy reach.
