Welcome to The BRoader Impact, Blank Rome’ s annual report celebrating the many ways our colleagues make a difference for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
As we mark Blank Rome’ s 80th anniversary, I’ m reminded that our firm’ s greatest strength has always been our people. Since 1946, we have been guided by a commitment to serving others with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Those values shape how we advise clients, support one another, and engage in the communities where we live and work. They also connect the generations of Blank Rome colleagues who have helped build our firm.
The stories in these pages bring that commitment to life. You will read about attorneys who spent more than a decade helping a client secure asylum, colleagues who mobilized to support California wildfire victims, and teams who came together through our inaugural BR Impact Summit and Four Seasons of Community Impact initiative to strengthen the communities around us. In many ways, these efforts reflect the same spirit of partnership that defines our client relationships: listening, responding, and working together to address meaningful challenges.
Whether advancing access to justice, supporting colleague well-being, promoting sustainability, or mentoring future leaders, these stories reflect a shared belief that our responsibility extends beyond the matters we handle and the transactions we close. We are at our best when we use our talents, resources, and relationships to create lasting impact.
While 80 years is an important milestone, what excites me most is what lies ahead. Every day, I see colleagues, clients, alumni, and community partners working together to strengthen communities, create opportunities, and make a difference. That spirit gives me confidence that our greatest impact is still to come.
I hope these stories make you proud of what we have accomplished together and inspire new ideas for how we can continue this important work in the years ahead.
