The South African community voted me in as NT manager to rebuild our squad, looking at long term glory instead of short term wins. Well its time for the World Cup and we have a young squad lined-up to represent our country. We have some very proud managers training these young players as hard as possible, all with the goal of representing South Africa at the biggest stage of BR glory, the NT World Cup.
While our team may be younger than many of the more established nations, we are not that far behind in skill. Some of our Youngsters are amongst the highest CSR players of their age group, here I am thinking of Chazz, Freek and Dax especially. Some managers have sacrificed their players to train specifically how I requested to turn players into specialists in specific positions, Willie, Lewis and Koos. Other long term NT players are still being trained, still getting better all the time, Daryl and Meyer come to mind.
We don't have the best team at the World Cup, we dont have the highest form nor the highest experience. But we probably have one of the largest group of committed managers to training the best possible team. I will take this team as far as we can, we are going for Cup glory!! We are going as far as we can, I am hoping that we reach the Semi Final stage at least, but will be fighting all the way. The next World Cup will truly be our World Cup, but this World Cup is going to be fun! - Cairnswm

I would like to take the opportunity as BRSA u20 coach, to wish the NT team coach Cairnsy well in his quest for glory. Best of luck mate.
I think the community can be really proud of what he has managed to achieve so far and I believe they will continue to impress for many seasons more to come, all because of his insight and forward thinking.
As a side note I would really like to applaud the efforts of the community as a whole, for its concerted and continued participation in the training of national team players both on junior and senior level.
