BC: What's your high and low phase in life? SB: Speaking about the high phase; it's obviously the time from inception of Unido, my wife's pregnancy and arrival of my princess. I feel like I got everything I've wished for; I got my dream coming true as Unido, I got a firm support of my Unidos for every decision and we made everything possible what we desired, I got a bundle of happiness in the form of my daughter. Everything is so beautiful and blissful after her arrival. I have done the best of my rides in this period only, so this phase is really a high phase of my life. I have already discussed regarding my vertebral deformity happened to me on Ladakh ride; it badly affected my personal well being like 'raat ki neend aur din ka chain' was replaced by extreme pain. It affected my family; they became too stressed looking after my condition. It affected my business too and as I said I was sitting at home for almost a year and haven't done any significant ride in this period. India is not so rider friendly country, looking at the difficult terrains, different climate, road conditions and other threats in some particular areas; inspite of that people are doing great rides locally as well as internationally. Riding community of India is also of next level which contains so much diversified population but the love and care this community has for their every rider is unparalleled, we have seen many incidents where riders community appeared to be the savior. BC: What do you think about professional racers and stunt riders? SB: They are perfect at their positions. These people have made their passion as a source of their livelihood. They are as good as the riders, as long as they are doing their activities safely and being an inspiration to hundreds of likeminded people and not provoking the young generation in inappropriate ways. BC: Do you think because of social media, many people have started riding, just for an instant fame? Or you really think riding motorcycle is becoming a passion nowadays? SB: Not really. As riding needs to be in your blood it can't just be done by looking at social media for any reason. There are some people who get attracted towards riding but never make up till riding adopts them. When You Ride; Ride Daba Ke... SACHIN BRAMHE BC: Which is the best destination to ride in India? SB: There are several places, I personally like to visit are in North-east and South India. One will be amazed of my choice but Mollem Goa is my all-time favourite place. BC: What's your point of view on riders and riders community in India? SB: Riders in India are of just next level, I have noticed a fact that almost 70 % riders in India belongs to middle and upper middle class families, and still they have the true passion for riding with managing their businesses, jobs, families and make some incredible rides every year. Passion for riding can't be created, but yes nowadays youngsters got the opportunities to ride the bikes at young age, easy availability of resources is also responsible for people wants to become riders. BC: We have noticed that there are bikers who are very famous in social media with less numbers of rides whereas, there are many other riders who have roamed entire world on motorcycle but nobody knows them (less famous in social media), what do you have to say about this? SB: Yes, both of these kinds exist. But nothing is wrong if one is getting popularity in less rides, actually they deserve that for the way they organize their rides, carry some messages along, and the way they shoot and showcase their wonder moments in photos, videos, vlogs are really great which needs dedication and hard work. And there are some great riders who have done some incredible rides at their time when those rides were next to impossible are unknown or less famous as some of they didn't even bother to take pictures, they just lived their moments.
