activity or goal.
How committed are you towards your organisations growth or teams goals? How important do
you feel it is to achieve deadlines of Tasks, Projects, Quality? How committed are you to
fulfilling your role in the process? How committed are you to owning the responsibility for its
success or failure?
Credibility: It is defined as the quality of being trusted and believed in.
When a person is concerned enough about his credibility, building and maintaining the level of
trust people have in him; then he pushes himself to achieve things against all odds.
How concerned are you about the trust and belief people have in you? How credible are you and
what steps do you take to keep building it?
Courage: It is defined as the strength in the face of pain or grief.
I believe that when a person cares enough for the people around him and is committed to the
cause or goal, or when he is concerned about living up to the trust and belief that people have in
him; he gets the Courage to deal with all the pain and hardship thrown at him.
