NIDHIVAN
The place has been a witness to the Raasleela of Lord
Krishna with Radha Rani and his gopis. It is also the final
resting place of Swami Haridasji. A small pond, Lalita
Kund is beleved to have been dug by the Lord himself
for a gopi named Lalita. Rang Mahal is also one of the
most prominent places here.
JAIPUR TEMPLE
Jaipur temple in Vrindavan is well known for its intricate
work & antiquity. This captivating temple was
constructed from a singular rock structure. The beautiful
temple, surrounded by green trees all around offers eye
catching scenic beauty. It took 30 years to build this
majestic structure.
MEERA BAI TEMPLE
This temple is dedicated to Meera bai who was a great
devotee of Lord Krishna. She came to Vrindavan in
search of Lord Krishna. Later, she left Vrindavan and
went to Dwarika.
GARUD GOVIND TEMPLE
It's one of the oldest temples of Vrindavan located in
Chhatikara on the turn of National Highway-2. As per
legends, the original deity of the temple was established
by king Vajranabh, the great grandson of Lord Krishna.
It's believed that the temple is built at the place where
Garud (carrier of Lord Vishnu) used to come to offer his
prayers to Vrindavan. He was not allowed to enter the
Vrindavan due to the curse of a saint.
SHRI RADHA SHYAMSUNDAR TEMPLE
Radha-Shyamsundar Temple is located next to
Sevakunj. Temple was built by Shyamananda Prabhu, a
desciple of Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. This temple is
one of the Sapt Devalaya located in Vrindavan.
VANSHI VAT
Lord Krishna used to climb at this tree and play his flute,
in order to call all the calves churning at distance. He
would return to Gokul after collecting all the calves. In
the bright full moon nights, he used to dance with Gopis
also under this tree.
