With all these shitty experience I started my ride to
Araku Valley at 10:00 am. Believe me today Sun
was clear, no clouds, no drizzle and to my surprise
there were vehicles too on the road and Shaurya
was also determined and wasn't shaking at all..
I don't know what was it? but I didn't want to think
about it that moment. Thanks to Sachin Dada who
gave me courage and taught me the real definition
of a biker. After all this ups and down with this trip I
reached Araku Valley at 4:00 pm after travelling
almost 250 kms from Narsing Patnam.
I walking on the street of Araku Valley and thinking
about yesterday's experience.. and my phone rang,
and it was Sachin Dada.. I thanked him about the
courage and motivation he gave me..
You know life is like road and its curves and turns,
and we are all like bikers.. no matter how hard road
becomes or how bad road is.. the best think you can
do is DON'T GIVE UP.
I spent a night there, did some wonderful
photography and shopping for my wife and family..,
ate "Bamboo Chicken" (a special and famous dish
of the Valley, chicken is cooked inside bamboo with
all the masala).. and next day I started my return
journey at 7:00 am on Monday morning.. but this
time I choose Vizag route to reach early..
After like 3 hours and 120 kms journey I crossed
Vizag at 10:00 am, I stopped there for some quick
tea break, I called up a club whom I was supposed
to meet while I was going to Araku Valley but I
chose different route, so thought to meet them up
while my return journey.
I called Mr Vikram Sandeep admin of "SUNRISERS
CLUB" of Rajamundry near Vijaywada.. a well
known businessman and a rider..
With total surprise when I reached Rajamundry, the
entire club members were waiting for me, they
welcomed me and I was stunned with their warm
hospitality.. You know thats the best part of bikers..
bikers always supports and greets another biker as
one and as brothers.. who was I to them? who was I
to Sachin Dada? but they all supported me and
welcomed me with open arms.. I realized... it's the
spirit of brotherhood lives in every true biker and
without any discrimination of cast and creed, a true
Biker will always respect and support another biker, will
be available to another biker whenever in need. This
ride has taught me many lessons. After a delightful
lunch with them I started my journey back to Hyderabad
but with the suggestion of Vikram, I took a scenic route
from Vijaywada, where one side of the road is water
canal and other side is rice field.. It was a stretch of
almost 50 kms long.. but I enjoyed the beauty of that
route.. All these while Sachin Dada was so supportive
that he made sure and kept calling me every hour to
know about my whereabouts and my safety.. so as my
wife and family too..
Day before yesterday I was frightened and devastated
but today I was more confident and firm but yes tired
too.. After riding almost 100 kms, I saw a sign board of
Hyderabad.. which was around more 150 kms far but till
now my saddle soared (mere bums chill gaye they)..
during this kind of long distance ride, usually riders
modifies their bike seats with some extra cushion and
foam.. but I was riding with Royal Enfield's stock seat
only.. The very first thing I was decided to replace
shaurya's seat with a modified one.. but anyway.. my
trip was about to end with all twist and turns.. but last
150 kms to Hyderabad were too tiring due to my soared
saddle.. I had to stop after every 15 to 20 kms for to
give some rest to my bums.. but some how slowly
slowly I hit my Hyderabad city..
My phone rang and It was Sachin Dada.. I told him I
just reached Hyderabad.. He said call me after you
reach home and freshen up.. The generosity of Sachin
Dada hit me to the core.. I was thinking who does this
much for a acquaintance rider, whom he doesn't even
know properly.. I was filled with respect for him.
And finally I saw my building and I reached home, I
parked my bike and first thing I called Sachin Dada and
I could only say "THANK YOU DADA FOR
EVERYTHING" I HAD HEARD ABOUT YOUR
STORIES BUT TODAY I LIVED ONE." He said only
one thing "You would do the same if someone like you
would have called you for help"
"We are bikers and it's our responsibility to keep
this biker spirit live"
From then onwards we became thick friends and
the spirit of biking lives on...
