Introduction One thing most teachers can agree on is that there is never quite enough time in the day . If only we could find sufficient time to get the multitude of tasks accomplished in the classroom . Using Artificial Intelligence as an assistant could be the solution teachers have been looking for ! With so many AI options available , it only makes sense that teachers utilize the programs available to make things simpler and spend more time focusing on what really matters - working with students . In this article , we will highlight some of those tools available and how to use AI to make things easier for teachers . Utilizing these tools will help you to become the teacher your students need and allow you to take them into the future to be ready for their next step in life .

With students using AI , teachers must combat that and protect the integrity of the work being turned in . One way to do this is by using AI to detect AI work ; ZeroGPT is a free website that checks work to see if it is AI-generated . Although , as teachers , we must become familiar with our students ’ writing styles and abilities , this tool can definitely be useful to save time and alert a teacher of the use of AI .
ChatGPT is a chatbot that can generate human-like responses for numerous purposes . One way that it can help teachers is by generating professional responses . For example , if you need to make report card comments or type an email to parents , you can put that in a query , and responses will be generated for you . Another helpful way for teachers to use ChatGPT is for templates . Let ’ s say you would like to create a monthly newsletter with important dates and summarize what the class has been learning about . ChatGPT will create the template , and you can input your text .
Yippity
Using AI to generate assessments is also another great way for teachers to save time and energy . With Yippity , teachers can paste the text into Yippity , and it will create a set of questions and answers based on what was entered . The questions can be shared or copied into another document . You also have the option to edit or delete questions that have been created if they do not fit your needs . This is another great example of how AI can create a more efficient classroom . gotFeedback
Providing personalized and timely feedback is something that can prove to be challenging for teachers . Specific and meaningful feedback to students can impact teaching and learning in a classroom ; however , it is quite time-consuming . With AI , teachers can more efficiently deliver feedback to students that will help them to improve . One new tool for providing personalized feedback for student writing is gotFeedback . Teachers can paste or upload student text into gotFeedback and choose how they want it to be analyzed . Then , gotFeedback will provide feedback that can be copied , pasted , and then edited for teachers to return to the students .
