What haunts you every day?
People all around the world are suffering, now becoming a leading social issue. Anxiety is a
generalized term for multiple disorders that have the capability of causing nervousness, fear,
apprehension, and worrying. T hese disorders may affect how we feel and behave and can even cause
physical symptoms. Mild anxiety can be vague and unsettling while severe anxiety can seriously
affect day-to-day living. In the United States, around 40 million people have been diagnosed with an
anxiety disorder. People usually have anxiety attacks or experience symptoms when they have a lot
