There is estimated to  be around 8.7 million species on Earth, but keep in mind, 95 percent of the ocean and 99 percent of  the ocean floor is still undiscovered. As we keep pushing forwards with our harmful habits and  traditional consumer way of life, we are losing many of the living organisms that make our planet so  unique. At this moment, we are losing about 150-200 species every day, which is 1000 times the  natural extinction rate.   As a result of the way that we choose to live our lives, we are polluting oceans, poisoning the  air we all breathe, and killing many of the precious and unique species on our Earth. You as an  individual can make a huge difference if you change the way you live on a regular basis. Down below  is a prime example of a simple way that you can help save the planet.   Recycling is one of the most well known and common ways to reduce waste.
