Artist Robyn Sand Anderson ' s Exhibit " The Magnificat " at Minneapolis campus October 29-November 21
Robyn Sand Anderson ' s Exhibit " The Magnificat " is an interpretation of Arvo Pårt ' s " Magnificat Antiphonen and Nunc Dimittis ." Moved deeply by choral music , Sand Anderson has leaned into this genre . When she listens to these human voices raised in song , she sees colors and movement . She then lets the paint dance and move across paper or canvas , listening for nuance , rhythm and tone . The lyrics play into each interpretation as well . You are encouraged to listen to the music on your smart phone as you view the exhibit .

Dear Bethlehem Community :
Thank you so much for the gracious recognition of my twenty years of service in music ministry here at Bethlehem- Minneapolis campus . I deeply appreciated your applause , the many individual congratulations , the cake reception , and the stunning St . John ’ s Bible artwork ( my wife and I are trying to decide if it will go in my office or in our living room ). Even more so , I am grateful and privileged to get to share music through the choir and the congregation ’ s singing to proclaim the joy and saving grace of Christ in our worship together . I am blessed to live out my purpose in the Bethlehem community .
In Christ , David Mennicke
