Με new brand το πολύ... απλό και λογικό αλλά τελικά-όπως αποδείχτηκε- πολύ καινοτόμο και πρωτότυπο « Sokolata by Agapitos », ο Θεόδωρος Βαλογιώργης επικοινωνεί τη γλυκιά τέχνη του όχι μόνο στη Θεσσαλονίκη ή στην Ελλάδα αλλά πλέον και στο εξωτερικό! Ο ίδιος ασχολείται από το 1993, με την επιχείρηση να μετράει τουλάχιστον 73 χρόνια ιστορίας... Το 2014 άρχισε προσωπικά να ασχολείται με την παραγωγή, έγιναν οι... πειραματισμοί, το 2015 τα πρώτα βήματα και το 2016 ήρθε η συμμετοχή στις εκθέσεις, όπου εκεί έγινε η αρχή για πολύ σημαντικές συνεργασίες εντός και εκτός χώρας που φτάνουν Αμερική! Και καθόλου τυχαία... το επίπεδο εξειδίκευσης, οι γεύσεις, η ποικιλία, η έμπνευση, η δημιουργικότητα, η ποιότητα και η καινοτομία έχουν ταυτίσει το όνομα « Αγαπητός » με τη σοκολάτα, την κουλτούρα γύρω από αυτή αλλά και τη φαντασία! έρχονται και πραγματοποιούνται πολύ γρήγορα, όπως και οι καινοτομίες που το ξεχώρισαν στη σοκολατοποιία... Τα σχέδια μέσα στη σοκολάτα( δεν ζωγραφίζονται πάνω), η τεράστια γκάμα από βιολογικές, με βότανα, και παιδικές μέχρι 9 κωδικούς σοκολάτες από συγκεκριμένες φυτείες-τα είδη σοκολάτας ξεπερνούν τα 100!- και η πιο πρόσφατη καινοτομία με 3D σοκολατένιες δημιουργίες με πηγές έμπνευσης την τέχνη, τη μόδα, τα ταξίδια, και ένα τουριστικό new age concept με σοκολατένια 3D ελληνικά μνημεία και αξιοθέατα σε ανάλογες συσκευασίες, όπου θα αναγράφεται αντίστοιχα και η ιστορία τους. Και αφού η αρχή έγινε και η επιτυχία ήρθε... τα πρωτότυπα σχέδια δεν σταματούν! Σοκολατένια γλυπτά, αφαιρετικά μεγάλες κατασκευές σουρεαλιστικής λογικής με γεωμετρική απεικόνιση, θεματικό κατάστημα στην Αθήνα και πολλά ακόμα είναι στα... σκαριά!
