it got for its design and lighting (by
the famous Andy Martin & Associates
firm) probably gives us an idea of
what we are looking at... The futuristic interior with the curvy sofas is the
show stopper, until the arrival of the
menu, by the executive chef Dimitris
Tsananas, with Pan-Asian cuisine
dishes. The must taste is no other than
black cod and the great sushi variety!

Η μοντέρνα αισθητική στρέφει το βλέμμα μας
στο BE*, το εστιατόριο του 5* The Excelsior. Για
το εντυπωσιακό design με τις έντονες βιομηχανικές πινελιές, που παραπέμπει σε αμερικάνικου στυλ εστιατόριο, φρόντισε η ομάδα του
Urban Soul Project, ενώ τις γαστρονομικές απολαύσεις επιμελείται ο executive chef Γρηγόρης
Καρακασίδης. Στην ίδια φιλοσοφία κινείται και
το a la carte μενού, που ταξιδεύει τον ουρανίσκο
από τη Θεσσαλονίκη στα street food της Oxford
Street και του Broadway, με αποκορύφωμα το
«Τέλειο Burger». Καθημερινά 10:00-02:00. Extra:
Τα κυριακάτικα brunch (a la carte) 11:00-15:00.
Avenue 48 together with Chan are the points of reference for 5* The Met. The exquisitely
decorated area of Avenue 48, stands out for its sophisticated environment, which in the
morning “hosts” a delicious and lavish breakfast buffet, while later it turns into an a la carte
restaurant for lunch and dinner, with creative Greek cuisine dishes from a recently renewed
menu, by the executive chef Dimitris Tsananas! The wine list is exemplary, focusing on rare
varieties from Greek vineyards. From €35. Daily 19:00-00:00 dinner, Mon.-Sat. 12:30-16:30

The modern decoration turns eyes at BE*, the restaurant of 5* The Excelsior. The team of Urban Soul
Project is responsible for the impressive design with
the intense industrial touches which remind us of
an American style restaurant, while the culinary
delights are supervised by the executive chef Grigoris
Karakasidis. The a la carte menu belongs to the same
philosophy, travelling the palate from Thessaloniki
to the street food of Oxford Street and Broadway,
with the highlight being the “Perfect Burger”. Daily
10:00-02:00. Extra: The Sunday brunch (a la carte)
11:00-15:00.
