How did your cross each other’s paths?
Our first acquaintance in Rodos was defin-
ing, as our taste and opinion for good food
and mostly the significance of organic ingre-
dients and quality were identical.
Where does this year’s distinction of Nice
n Easy at the European Business Awards
and the category “Business of the Year”
lie?
In our bold vision, our innovative approach
to the Greek food industry, our extroversion
and team work.
You created a trend out of healthy eating.
How easy is it to remain loyal to this phi-
losophy which has a high food cost?
The relation of cooperation and mutual trust
we maintain with the local producers and
the suppliers, but also our own buffalo farm
in Kerkini and the upgrade of our internal
procedures, have given us the opportunity to
keep the costs in sufficient levels allowing us
to offer healthy dishes in affordable prices.
You introduced “Farm to… table” with
Nesaea. What is the recipe of success?
All our restaurants are loyal to the farm to
table philosophy. Nesaea offers creative
Greek cuisine with recipes and materials
arriving from the Greek islands.
This year’s entry... SantAnna!
SantAnna is an all-day multi-experience
vacation complex that aims to redefine
Mykonos as a tourism destination not only
addressed to jetsetters, clubbers and bon
viveurs but also to a wider crowd with so-
phisticated taste and culture seeking quality
moments of relaxation and entertainment.
What else should we be expecting from
you in the future?
The development of Nice n Easy group is
dynamic and when good investment oppor-
tunities appear, we properly examine them
and then act accordingly.
