Tο Bao Tao εδώ και ένα χρόνο περίπου ήρθε να προσθέσει στην γα-
στρονομική σκηνή των Χανίων μια επιλογή που έλειπε, αυτή της asian
fusion cuisine και έχει καταφέρει να γίνει από μόνο του προορισμός για
εκείνους που θέλουν να απολαύσουν αυθεντικές και πεντανόστιμες ασι-
ατικές γεύσεις! Σε ένα περιβάλλον λιτό και minimal με στοιχεία ιαπωνι-
κά και open view kitchen το σκηνικό είναι κατάλληλο για να δοκιμάσετε
το προσεγμένο μενού του Bao Tao που υπογράφει ο γνωστός στο
χώρο και έμπειρος chef Fang Quimin. Οι επιλογές προσανατολίζονται
κυρίως στο κινέζικο ενώ δεν λείπουν πιάτα κορεάτικα όπως και ιαπω-
νικά (ζεστά και sushi) ενώ ενδιαφέροντες πολύ είναι οι ευφάνταστοι
συνδυασμοί των φρέσκων πρώτων υλών. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι δημι-
ουργικά πιάτα, εξαιρετικά τόσο γευστικά όσο και ποιοτικά. Από τη sushi
list δοκιμάστε οπωσδήποτε τα Dragon και τα Salmon Shrimp Tempura
ενώ από τα κυρίως στα best seller είναι το spicy honey chicken και τα
yakisoba (γιαπωνέζικα ριζομακάρονα) σε διάφορους συνδυασμούς.
