Φτάνοντας στην πλατεία , αποκλείεται να μην πέσει το βλέμμα σου , στο υπέροχο διατηρητέο νεοκλασικό κτήριο του 1920 , που πρόσφατα έφτιαξε το σπίτι του ... ο Geppetto ! Και από σπίτι , έγινε στέκι , παρά το μικρό διάστημα καθώς ξεχώρισε αμέσως για το προσωποποιημένο ύφος , τη φιλική εξυπηρέτηση και το παρεϊστικο κλίμα ειδικά τα βράδια γύρω από την μπάρα ... Ο χώρος είναι υπέροχα διαμορφωμένος με έντονο το στοιχείο του ξύλου , φωτεινός ενώ τα εξωτερικά τραπεζάκια , τώρα ειδικά που άνοιξε ο καιρός γίνονται ανάρπαστα ! Γιατί λένε το Παγκράτι το « Κάτω Κολωνάκι »; Γιατί έχει γίνει πιάτσα ; Μ . Από παλιά το Παγκράτι είχε αυτό που λέμε « καλό κόσμο » και είναι στο κέντρο . Εδώ και 3-4 χρόνια έχει « μεταφερθεί » ο κόσμος στο Παλιό Παγκράτι , έρχεται πλέον από παντού γιατί είναι δίπλα στο Κολωνάκι αλλά με πολύ πιο οικονομικές τιμές και παράλληλα σωστά , ωραία μαγαζιά με υψηλή ποιότητα παροχών , γι ’ αυτό έχουν γίνει στέκια . Τι κάνει ένα μαγαζί στέκι ; Γ . Το περιβάλλον , το προϊόν , η εξυπηρέτηση , η πρώτη επαφή και οι εντυπώσεις της και οι ίδιοι οι άνθρωποι . Είναι σημαντικό να είναι προσωποποιημένη μια επιχείρηση . Είναι ωραίο να υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά που δουλεύουν όλα , να γίνονται ωραία πράγματα , δείχνει σωστές επιχειρηματικές κινήσεις άρα περισσότερο κόσμο , συνολικό όφελος και υγιή ανταγωνισμό . |
