Το Hachiko , με έναν χρόνο παρουσίας στο Ψυχικό , όπως αποκαλύπτει και το όνομά του είναι ιαπωνικό εστιατόριο που συνδυάζει άριστα το sushi menu του με τα signature cocktails της λίστας του . Το επιλέγουμε για πολλούς διαφορετικούς λόγους και μας αρέσει πολύ , γιατί είναι ... cool και παράλληλα διακρίνεται τόσο η κουζίνα όσο και το bar για τον επαγγελματισμό και το know-how . Αρχικά προσελκύει ο άνετος ασπρόμαυρος minimal χώρος του σε άψογη αρμονία με την ιαπωνική κουλτούρα , η ανοιχτή κουζίνα με το sushi bar , το bar , η non smoking πολιτική και ο εξαιρετικά διαμορφωμένος εξωτερικός χώρος ( εκεί επιτρέπεται το κάπνισμα ). Συνεχίζοντας με το μενού , εκτός από τις προτάσεις κρύων και ζεστών πιάτων διαθέτει και κάποια επιπλέον ασιατικά για όσους προτιμούν πιο γνώριμες γεύσεις . Από τον κατάλογο δεν ξέρουμε τι να πρωτοδιαλέξουμε ... Από uramaki , hososmaki και tataki ( εκλεκτό το salmon tataki ) μέχρι salmon teriyaki και tuna steak θα δείτε ( και θα ... λαχταρήσετε ) τα θαυμάσια εδέσματα και τους εμπνευσμένους δημιουργικούς συνδυασμούς από experts του είδους και chef τον γνωστό στον χώρο Arnel Aviles Bravo . Η εμπειρία όμως δεν τελειώνει εδώ καθώς υπάρχει και η ακαταμάχητη cocktail list – που έχει φτιάξει η ομάδα Three Dots & a Dash – με 10 έξοχα μείγματα που φυσικά συνδυάζονται άριστα με το φαγητό ! Στο Ηachiko όμως μπορείς να κάτσεις και στο bar απλώς για το ποτό σου , η κάβα είναι απόλυτα ενημερωμένη και με πολλές premium ετικέτες – ή το cocktail σου . Εμείς , όπως και να έχει , εγγυόμαστε ότι οι λάτρεις του είδους θα το κάνουν στέκι και όσοι δεν είναι φαν του sushi θα εντυπωσιαστούν με τις επιλογές που έχουν . Must drink : Τα δημοφιλή Hachi Punch ( παλαιωμένο ρούμι , falernum , γκέιπφρουτ , lime , passion fruit , ροδάκινο , μέλι και angostura bitters ) και Shokubutsu-en ( τζιν με σπόρους κάρδαμου και κόλιανδρου , yuzu , τζίντζερ και αγγούρι ).
Already present for a year in Psychico , Hachiko , as its name reveals , is a Japanese restaurant perfectly combining its sushi menu with its signature cocktail list . There are many reasons to select it : for its distinguished cuisine , for its great bar , for its professionalism and know-how . Starting from its cozy black & white minimal space in complete harmony with the Japanese culture , its open kitchen with the sushi bar , its bar , its non smoking policy and its exceptionally decorated outdoor space ( where smoking is permitted ), we feel greatly impressed . We continue to the menu which consists of cold and warm dishes along with some extra Asian suggestions for those who prefer more familiar tastes . There are great options to choose from ... You will find from uramaki , hososmaki and tataki ( top choice is the salmon tataki ) to salmon teriyaki and tuna steak , and you will crave for the fine delicacies and the inspired creative combinations by the experts of the kind and the known chef Arnel Aviles Bravo . The experience , however , does not end there . An irresistible cocktail list follows , prepared by the Three Dots & Dash team , with 10 splendid blends which can perfectly accompany your meals !
