Ξεκίνησε με το πρώτο της atelier στις Βρυξέλλες το 1956, σχεδιάζοντας δημιουργίες υψηλής ραπτικής και νυφικά, και το 1983 επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα ανοίγοντας κατάστημα στο Κολωνάκι. Το μυστικό της επιτυχίας του οίκου οφείλεται στη δυνατότητα που προσφέρει στις γυναίκες να προσαρμόζουν την εκάστοτε μόδα στο δικό τους προσωπικό στυλ μέσω των tailor made ρούχων, τα οποία διακρίνονται για την κομψότητα και τη λιτή τους πολυτέλεια. Λατρεύει τα αυθεντικά 100 % φυσικά υλικά με βάση το μετάξι, τον ταφτά, το σατέν, τις δαντέλες και τις μουσελίνες. Πολλά από αυτά κεντιούνται στο χέρι με πολύτιμους λίθους και κρύσταλλα Swarovski. Τα αέρινα, βραδινά, κυρίως, φορέματα αποτελούν χαρακτηριστική κατηγορία. She began her career with her first atelier in Brussels in 1956, designing haute couture creations and wedding dresses. In 1983 she returned to Greece and she opened a store in Kolonaki. The success of her fashion house can be attributed to the opportunity offered to women to adapt current fashion in their own personal style through tailor made clothes, which are distinguished for their elegance and simple luxury. She loves authentic 100 % natural fabrics mainly from silk, taffeta, satin, lace and muslin. Many of these are hand-embroidered with precious stones and Swarovski crystals. The ethereal, mostly evening dresses, constitute a characteristic category of her collection.

Ο γνωστός fashion designer στις μοναδικές συλλογές του « παίζει » με τους όγκους, τα έντονα χρώματα και τα ex-avant-garde σχέδια, με αποτέλεσμα εμπνευσμένες δημιουργίες, που κολακεύουν κάθε σιλουέτα και δίνουν ένα touch χάρης σε επίσημο ή μη ένδυμα. The well-known fashion designer in his unique collections“ plays” with the volume, the bright striking colors and the ex-avant-garde designs, resulting in inspired creations, which flatter every figure and lend a touch of grace in every garment, formal or not.
Ο Δημήτρης Αλεξάκης και ο Γρηγόρης Τριανταφύλλου είναι οι δύο εξαιρετικοί σχεδιαστές Deux Hommes. Αντλώντας ιδέες από την ευρωπαϊκή ιστορία και την ελληνική κουλτούρα, καθορίζουν τη σύγχρονη ομορφιά « σχεδιάζοντας » πάνω στην old school κλασική κομψότητα, εναρμονίζοντας το παρελθόν με το μέλλον. Προτείνουν vintage λεπτομέρειες που, συνδυαστικά με την « ελληνικότητα » η οποία διακρίνει τις δημιουργίες τους, δίνουν εντυπωσιακά αποτελέσματα. Dimitris Alexakis and Grigoris Triantafyllou are the two excellent designers Deux Hommes. Drawing ideas from European history and Greek culture, they define contemporary beauty and project old school class and elegance into the future thus harmonizing the old with the new. They put forward vintage details, which, combined with the“ Greek spirit” that marks their works, render impressive results.
