Dr. Robert D. Wilcox is the founder and director of the Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas, an 11, 000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility. The Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas is one of few facilities to be state-certified in the state of Texas. It was specifically designed and built for plastic surgery and cosmetic care.
Dr. Wilcox has over 20 years of experience in the Dallas area, where he has treated more than 20,000 patients locally and worldwide, including in six continents. He specializes in all aspects of plastic and cosmetic surgery and is known for his gentle and honest approach to patient care. He is board certified in three specialty areas: plastic surgery, general surgery, and hand and microsurgery.
Dr. Wilcox is often sought for his expertise with mommy make-overs which typically include breast enhancement, tummy tucks and liposuction. He also developed a new technique to treat male breast reduction, or gynecomastia, with a procedure that requires no incisions or scars on the chest, nor does it require the use of drainage tubes.
Dr. Wilcox has been a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery since 2005, where only one-third of certified plastic surgeons gain entry in this premier group of aesthetic surgeons.
He has been spotlighted on NBC Television, as well as featured in Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Glamour and Allure magazines.

Dr. Patrick Walsh is a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon whose primary focus is to surgically remove skin cancers using the Mohs micrographic surgery technique. He also has extensive experience in reconstructive surgical repair of Mohs surgery defects. At his practice, Dr. Walsh and his team are committed to service excellence with particular attention to quality patient care.
