1 . All exhibitors must be an ACTIVE Benton County 4-H of FFA member in Good Standing at the time of nomination / entry as well as time of the fair , by entering any projects in the Benton County Fair in Arkansas , you acknowledge that you have not and will not exhibit any projects ( livestock , crafts , canned goods , etc .) in any county fair in this calendar year . 2 . All cattle must be polled or dehorned . 3 . Exhibitors are limited to one entry in each commercial dairy heifer class . 4 . Animals must be cross between two recognized dairy breeds or any heifer less than minimum breed standard to show in a registered show . No beef dairy cross .
5 . Commercial dairy heifers will be eligible for the Junior Livestock
Auction , providing they meet the Sale Committee ’ s guidelines . 6 . Health papers , visit www . agriculture . arkansas . gov for current regulations .

All animals will be inspected INSIDE the trailer prior to entering the barn area . If any animals on the trailer are contagious the ENTIRE trailer will be sent home immediately !
