Additional rules for the Junior Dairy Show Rules 1 . All exhibitors must be an ACTIVE Benton County 4-H of FFA member in Good Standing at the time of nomination / entry as well as time of the fair , by entering any projects in the Benton County Fair in Arkansas , you acknowledge that you have not and will not exhibit any projects ( livestock , crafts , canned goods , etc .) in any county fair in this calendar year . 2 . All cattle must be polled or dehorned . 3 . Animals must be bona fide property of the exhibitor and must have been owned by July 1 , 2024 . Registration paper must be in the exhibitor ’ s name .
4 . Showmanship : Exhibitors must show an animal in the Junior Show . Exhibitors must also show their own animal . Animals must be properly cleaned , clipped , and fitted . Exhibitors should wear white shirts , and preferably a white pair of pants .
5 . Juniors may enter the open show if they pay a separate fee and enter the open show online .
