Awards : Best of Show : 0 - 6 years , $ 10.00 Best of Show : 7 - 12 years , $ 10.00 Best of Show : 13 - 18 Years , $ 10.00 Best of Show : Adult , $ 10.00 Best of Show Special Needs : $ 10.00

Rules : 1 . All pictures must be framed , suitable for hanging , using either cord or wire . 2 . All exhibits entered in this department should be entered by the artist . 3 . By exhibiting in the Benton County Fair it is agreed that the owner assumes all risk .

Every precaution will be taken in the care of the exhibit . 4 . No exhibit may be removed before 1PM on check out date . 5 . The decisions of the judge will be final . 6 . Exhibits must be originals and not copies . 7 . The age of the exhibit should not be older than two years and have not been entered in previous Benton County Fairs . 8 . Paintings are to be judged by merit . 9 . If exhibits are not picked up at the Fairgrounds within the next week , they will be disposed of by the superintendent
