This activity consists of three parts and is open to ages 5-19 years of age and adults over 19 :
1 . Ride your bike through an obstacle course to practice safety and build skills ( 25 points ) at the auditorium parking lot . 2 . Present to the judges of cycle experts any customization and knowledge of bike parts and systems , care for bikes and maintenance at music stage ( 25 points ) 3 . Bike showmanship present your bike in show ring and learn from judge and 4h Livestock youth and adults on how to show at music stage ( 25 points )
Bike Rodeo Relay This activity is open to ages 5-19 years or age and adults over 19 . 4 . Bike Rodeo Relay , fix a flat , adjust a seat , fix a chain . Bike Bustin ’ come out of shoot and race against other two-by-two from one end of grass back to starting gate at music stage and grass area )
Participants will be judged on performance of executing bike safety skills , knowledge of bike parts and maintenance . Bike Rodeo contestants will be judged solely on time to complete tasks and course the fastest without falling off racing against another competitor .
