do not make your lemonade or limeade until you order it . We squeeze the lemons and limes while you watch . We also offer flavorings for your lemonade or limeade . And , of course , for those who don ’ t like lemonade or limeade we have sodas available , as well .” Mary and Johnny admit it ’ s hard to single out one particular item that is more popular among their patrons at the fair , but it seems that everyone likes corn , baked potatoes and fresh squeezed lemonade or limeade .
“ When a person stops by , they can expect friendly service with smile ,” Mary said . “ We like visiting , kidding with and just enjoying the public . We appreciate the young exhibitors as well . They are a delight to serve and visit with . At the fair you see people you may not have seen since last year ’ s fair . You get to catch up with old friends , as well as make new ones .”
The Walls have been coming to the Benton County Fair for ten years as concession vendors . And they have been associated with this fair in one compacity or another for 40 years .
“ We love working at this fair because
120 Years - 1904-2024 it ’ s like coming home ,” Mary concluded . “ We do other fairs – arts and crafts , art shows and street festivals in Arkansas , Missouri and Oklahoma – but none are as close to the heart as the Benton County Fair .”

Nacho Taters Mike and Faye Chafin are the owners and operators of Nacho Taters . Their food truck is quite the eye-catcher , decked out in vivid orange and lime green colors and slogans . Their main slogan is “ Food served deliciously different .”
“ Our team is super-friendly and we love to explain our foods to customers ,” Mike began . “ We have taken the simplicity of nachos and jazzed it up .
Our BBQ smoked pork is a recognizable choice of our followers . It is slow cooked for 20 hours with my famous marinated sauces . Our customers rave about our generous portions , quick service and very reasonable pricing model .”
Their signature food is called The Nacho Tater . It has seasoned ground beef , nacho cheese or shredded cheese , onions and jalapenos , and is topped with their own special salsa . The salsa can also be put on nachos , baked potatoes and even french fries .
“ We also have The BQ , The Dirty Canadian , The Hogger , The Kickn ’ Chickn ’ and The Veg options ,” Mike noted . “ Each of these creations come with specific meats and toppings unique to their name . We have the other comfort foods , too , such as the Plain Ole which is french fries and the All American Hot Dog . You can build these items anyway you like with any of our toppings , as well .”
For dessert , their specialty is Sweet Rounds , which are devastatingly delicious doughnut holes fried and topped with either strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce . They have a very similar taste to a
