As we get into the holidays where we need to spread cheer to everyone, some people won't have any because of being in the hospital, not having enough money, or other reasons. I feel it is important that everyone gets a little bit of cheer this time of year. It might be a simple thing just as a smile to someone you never met or perhaps giving someone a gift. Every year, there are people who get surprised when they see just one gift for them under the tree or on the table that is addressed to them. We sometimes take things like this for granted when someone else needs help. It is a good idea to help out a little bit to make people happy. You can do that by volunteering at a senior home for example or helping out in a soup kitchen. What matters is that we spread cheer to those who need it a bit more than others.
This concludes this edition of Things That I Hate. I want to thank everyone who's been reading these editions. It makes me smile inside. Wishing everyone a safe holiday season. See you next time!!
