> > NEXT GENERATION
Hannah’s passion for sport began at a young age, when
she started playing basketball for Holy Faith Secondary
school in Clontarf.
During secondary school she won numerous All-
Irelands and played on both Dublin and National Teams.
When she was 18, Hannah was awarded a scholarship
to the University of Northern Colorado, playing Division
1 NCAA basketball. Here she got the chance to excel
and extend her love of basketball and obtained a BA (Hons) in Sports and
Exercise Science. She also attained a separate degree in nutrition.
After graduation, Hannah worked at an elite sports specific training facility.
The focus was to transform young adults into top athletes. During this time
she qualified as a Personal Trainer, and worked with some of the best
athletes in Colorado as well as aspiring candidates for the NFL and NBA.
Hannah returned home in 2015 hoping to use the training and knowledge
she learned in the United States. She worked in the Wellbeing sector of the
corporate world but left to pursue her dream to help young people to be
their best. This is when Next Generation Health was born.
Hannah’s mission for Next Generation Health is to create a healthier next generation in Ireland. She wants to raise the
bar in adolescents’ health and performance and enable teenagers to fulfill their potential.
Next Generation Health is aimed towards young adults
and adolescents. A health and performance company,
striving to achieve the healthiest generation Ireland has
seen, both mentally and physically.
