BellTIME Customer Service Excellence Training Course Every aspect of work life has the need for good customer service. It therefore follows that as part of our formal education that an awareness of customer service is included somewhere along the path. Customer Service Excellence Ireland was started in 2013 and is endorsed by Enterprise Ireland. We work with over 50 businesses Nationally in the measurement, training and recognition of customer service. Companies such as Maxol, Topaz, Lidl, Cliffs of Moher and over 30 shopping centres are among our client base. In the past two years our training courses have seen us involved with both Transition Year and Post Leaving Cert Courses throughout Ireland. These are short yet impactful courses 24 which heighten awareness of the positive impact of excellent customer service as well as leaving the students with additional skills which they can then use in their work placement. The TY and PLC courses are very interactive and involving of the students and consists of experiential learning where we use games, activities and group exercises along with strong lessons from Disney and Worldhost, where we hold the licence to use their wealth of customer service content. We also introduce students to the importance of Emotional Intelligence, Communication and customer behaviours and how best they can match each customer situation with empathy, care and attention. The objective is to increase the confidence of the students in their personal development during their Transition Year or Post Leaving Cert course.
