The Power of juice

Wheat Sprout Juice

Yoojin, a singer well known for her beauty, revealed that she was drinking wheat sprout juice on her SNS. Wheat sprout juice contains far more nutrients, such as magnesium, iron, vitamin, calcium, and so on, than spinach and broccoli do. Also, it is well known as an antidote, so it is considered as a medicine for various illness.

Ingredients : 10g wheat sprout, 4 spears of asparagus, 20g broccoli, ⅓ cucumber, ⅓ apple, 3 berries of grapes, ⅓ pear, a cup of water

1. Put the chopped asparagus and broccoli into the water, and boil them.

2. Put the rest of the ingredients into the 1, and process them.

Beet Apple Juice

Natural sugars contained in beets increase our vitality in the short term. Also, it keeps our blood health and detoxifies our guts. Furthermore, the antioxidant substance called betacyanin in it promotes the secretion of detoxifying enzyme from our liver, decreases our cholesterol level, and increases the secretion of bile, which is needed for burning our body fat.

Ingredients : 350g apple, 20g beet, 20g lemon

1. Wash unpeeled apple and beet. Cut the apple into 4 pieces, and remove the seeds. Cut the beet into bite sized pieces, and peel the lemon cutting it into 4 pieces.

2. Put the 2 pieces of apple, the beet, and the lemon into the processor in order, and extract them.

3. Put the rest of the apple into the processor slowly, and extract them.
