All of these general capabilities listed above are equally important and essential in learning. Throughout this magazine we will be focusing on the critical and creative component looking at strategies to reinforce this in the classroom and the benefits of achieving this skill.
The general capabilities outline essential skills for 21st century learners. The capabilities encompass the skills, knowledge, behaviours and dispositions that together with the curriculum will assist students to live and work successfully and independently in the 21st century.
