We left Boulder with a good idea of what we were looking for and what directions we needed to take our research. We discovered that local sourcing, a supportive community, and government regulation that aids the mission of craft brewers are the main reasons for the craft brewing success phenomenon in Colorado. Now we find out whether this craze has gripped people not only in America, but across the globe. Is craft beer popular in Argentina? How do microbrews source their ingredients? Do any legal or political factors alter the craft beer market in Argentina? How does Argentinian craft beer stack up against craft beer in the United States? We interviewed, observed, and researched our way to the answers to our questions. The second half of this publication chronicles that journey.
