ENRICH
Pupils will develop their sense of personal and social responsibility through their involvement in the school and wider communities.
They are expected to actively engage in the following three areas, such as helping at events, charity fundraising, representing the school, as well as carrying out 20 hours of volunteering / community service:
• House community
• School community
• Wider community( 20 hours of community service)
ENLIGHTEN
Pupils will develop a greater awareness of themselves and the world they live in, career pathways, life skills, healthy living, as well as enlightening themselves further in areas of interest.
They will be expected to attend and participate in the following( five compulsory and five optional):
• Talks from visiting speakers
• Documentary evenings
• Trips / visits
• Workshops
ENHANCE
In this section pupils develop the skills, behaviours and attributes that are essential for the workplace and adulthood.
Pupils will be expected to engage in activities and events that allow them to undertake and develop the following competencies:
• Leadership
• Team working
• Communication( presentation skills, written, digital, verbal)
• Problem-solving
• Decision-making
• Dependability
