As of 2010, Kenya Aid also formally adopted the
Twydale Memorial school in Shikunga. This school
has been informally supported by one of our
volunteers since 2006 and has grown from a
group of 10 students to a fully-fledged,
government registered non-formal school of
250 students ranging in age from six to 20 years.
