The Twilight Park Project team in the Eastern Cape are flying the NMC banner high after being awarded first place in the MBA Regional Safety Competition .

Valued at R83 million , Twilight Park is a private residential development situated in the affluent town of Umhlanga , Kwa-Zulu Natal . The development comprises of two separate structures , Tower A and Tower B . Each building is made up of eight levels - three basement and five residential levels .
The building style has a contemporary design with the exterior made up of a concrete framed structure with brick and plaster in-fill panels .
The site team has been extremely disciplined and resourceful having to deal with numerous challenges . They have managed to keep the site operable while moving large volumes of material into the building , despite time and space constraints as well as complying to strict regulations from the Umhlanga quasimunicipal body .

Construction underway at NERSA Kulawula House

Construction works on the NERSA Kulawula House Refurbishment in Pretoria is well underway . Works commenced in March 2017 and with a 15 month programme is set for completion in August 2018 .
The scope of works on the project includes the refurbishment of all eights floors of the building . Refurbishment works will take place while the building is in full operation . A churn process will be implemented during construction to ensure the construction process causes minimal disruption to building occupants and operations .
A churn process , involves moving occupants from one location to another during the construction of a completely new fit-out ,
including modifications to building systems .

Demushuwa Suites in Windhoek 90 % complete

The NMC Construction Namibia team are churning out projects thick and fast with yet another project nearing the fi n i s h l i n e . A f t e r 1 0 m o n t h s o f construction , project works on the Demushuwa Suites are 90 % complete .
Located in the residential suburb of Kleine Kuppe in Windhoek , the new building will provide office space for corporate as well as medical tenants .
Valued at R36 million , the scope of works for the
2 project included construction of a 4 000m building , as well as tenant fit-outs for individual tenants . The building consists of three levels of offices as well as ground floor and basement parking .
