Pride and professionalism was what Kemach Equipment ( Pty ) Ltd ( Kemach JCB ) was looking for to demonstrate their Teleporter machine to potential clients . The company contacted the NMC Construction Group Plant division to request a teleporter operator from our employee base to assist with the demonstration .
Teleporter Operator , Moketsi Ponoane , was selected for the job . Moketsi has been with group for nine years starting out as a checker . He has always taken great pride in his work , resulting in his promotion through the ranks .

“ I was excited about being chosen to represent the group for this demonstration . At first I was a little nervous , but when I started the demonstration I was familiar with the machines and it was like doing my daily job ”, says Moketsi Ponoane pictured above in the driver ’ s seat .
