to garnish
– ½ oz of ginger syrup
– ½ teaspoon of orange flower water
INGREDIENTS
– 2 ¹ / ₅ oz of rye whiskey
– 1 tbs of finely chopped crystallized ginger
– 1 tbs of sugar
– 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice and wedge
DIRECTIONS
Rub coupe glass with a lime wedge, and dip into
sugar and crystallized ginger, mixed together, on
a plate to coat the rim. Combine whiskey, lime
juice, ginger syrup and orange flower water in a
cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake until the
outside is frosty. Strain into a glass and serve.
Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
