PAT RÓ N + PINEAPPLE serves 1-2 INGREDIENTS – 1½ oz of Patrón tequila – 1 oz of fresh pineapple juice – ½ oz of lime juice – ½ oz of agave nectar – 1 oz of prosecco GARNISH – 1 sprig of rosemary – 1 fresh pineapple chunk Fill a highball glass with ice. Combine the tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave and a sprig of rosemary (leave the stem) into a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the leaves, add large ice cubes and shake vigorously. Double strain the mix and pour over ice in a highball glass. Top with the prosecco and garnish with the pineapple chunk attached to the rosemary stem. DIRECTIONS Credit: Food Network
