Living a pay check to pay check existence, lacking the proper skills
to stand on her own and trying to “keep up with the Jones’,” put
Arlene in a habit that subjected she and her four children to live
a life of struggle due to endless debt. Not wanting to remain in
this never ending cycle of failing equations, she was anxious to
prove her independence by taking the necessary steps to becoming debt free. This life lesson
was a wake-up call which encouraged Arlene to further her education, increase her chances of
acquiring better paying positions, and help her embark on the path to War on Debt! With a debt
elimination plan, Arlene was successful in paying down $5000 within 10 months, she was able
to eliminate an additional $5,735 (in 6 months) all while staying within her paycheck means.
Once deciding to make money work for her, Arlene discovered a passion for not only wanting
to live a debt free life, but to also develop a venue for others to become as encouraged in
reaching their life’s fulfillment; so that they can have the freedom to live by design, not by the
