EXCHANGE COMPLIMENTS
Complimenting others is a great practice, if
done regularly it’s an even better habit. Paying
forward thanks or a complimentary word to
the people who work or live around you, helps
build a better relationship. The more you pay
compliment to others, the more you catch
their attention, and the more you go closer to
them. Being liked or honored by the people of
your around is a great thing as a social being.
If you well-wish for others, you’ll find that the
people also start to warm up with you. If
you’re not in this habit, pay a compliment to
me to start this habit off right now!

LEAVE RIGOROUS,
START WITH SMALL
When we plan something, we die to make it
happen right now. For example- if you plan
to lose 20 pounds, you would surely want to
make it happen now, it’s a human tendency
but this should not happen. You know, every
change takes some time whether it is losing
weight, stop smoking, rising early and so on.
Keep in your mind that, starting with small,
one day, will take you to a big change that you
desire. For example- if you walk at a moderate
pace weighing 160 pounds, you will burn
6.3 calories in a minute. If you can walk 45
minutes a day, you’ll burn 283 calories. That
means you will be dropping more than 20 lbs
in a year; pretty simple math! If you want to
see this change by year’s end, you’ve made it!

BECOMING A MORE
ORGANIZED PERSON
“The more self-disciplined, self-organized and
focused you are, the more you’ll feel you could
be doing much better.”- says Brian Tracy, an
American motivational speaker and author of
the book The Miracle of Self-discipline. If you
want to get implemented all of your New Year’s
resolutions at a greater success rate, you must
be more organized than you are now.

MAKE YOUR DAY
A NON-ZERO DAY
A day without doing any significant task
means a zero-day. And a zero-day is never
expected to the person who really wants to
change his life. If you want your next year
without a zero-day, then you must do at least
one single task no matter what it is. Cleaning
your home, washing clothes, writing one
sentence, taking one pushup, walking, etc.
That means, if you can afford yourself to take
one pushup, write one sentence you could
probably can complete 15 pushups, one
page of an article. Stick with this resolution.
