Personality Traits that Can
Affect Your Weight Loss
Whether you’re a proactive or reactive person,
mood driven or practical, introvert or extrovert, selfcentered or generous, all these traits of your personality
have a certain impact on your health. When you’re in a weight loss program,
these behavioral diversities play a significant role to make you lean or thick.
When you’re impulsive
If you are mood driven
If you’re an impulsive person
and it’s so hard to control
your temptation, you’re more
likely to gain weight. You can’t
stop going to the break room when you’re
at work. You at least eat something, and it
happens only by your sharp temptation. The
results found in a study that, the participants
weighed an average of 22 more pounds who
scored the highest 10 on an impulsivity test
than who had scored below 10 percent. Try
to avoid the break when you’re at work,
because the elimination of your impulsive
nature will help you to lose weight.
Your excitable mood can be
good or bad for you. When
your mood gets boosted; it
makes you a big eater. You
then call up your friends, group up, and
jump on foods. A study has found that, the
more excited you are, the more action you
will take. But it can be worse if eating is your
action when you are in an exciting mood.
